Cardi B has released “AH HA,” a surprise single that marks her first solo release since the arrival of her second studio album, Am I the Drama?
The track was produced by DJ SwanQo, who previously worked with Cardi B on “Up.” Built around a bright, taunting refrain, “AH HA” mixes humor, boasts and direct responses to critics in the style that has defined many of the rapper’s biggest records.
An animated lyric video accompanies the song, placing a cartoon version of Cardi B in a beach setting and incorporating imagery connected to her Dominican heritage.
A new release after a major touring milestone
The single follows the completion of Cardi B’s first U.S. arena tour. Reporting around the release described the run as the highest-grossing debut arena tour by a female rapper, with more than 450,000 tickets sold.
Am I the Drama?, released in September 2025, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. “AH HA” begins the next phase of Cardi B’s release cycle.
